Not really saying that Wiz, just pointing out that when you are losing your shirt (pardon me, investing) it is nice to have some real assets to back you up. This tends to keep your junk bond holders in line. Actually, I have less of a problem with AMZN's valuation today than I did yesterday <VBG> My loss carryforward period dropped about 4 years today, I think I am now in the 2035 range.

Wiz, just one more thought on your witty note:

Between the huge expectations of the analysts and the true believers, the immense market cap, the free-spending ways of management, the inclusion of fulfillment costs in marketing, the pro forma adjustments in the financial statements, the soon to be negative book value and the class action attorneys charting the stock price, the accountants already have enough to sweat about. As our colleague would say, trust me on that!!
