Keep the Faith, baby: -
We all have probably been rocked pretty hard by the market the past few weeks/months. Some really great companies have had significant pullbacks. It remains a time for caution, but also for some important diversification. Tech and net stocks have been tremendous performers, but they are under significant valuation pressures and are likely to remain so for the forseeable future. There will be breathtaking bounces, that would be easy to misconstrue as an end to the decline.

The current malaise in nets and techs will continue until there is a change in psychology about them. I don't know what will cause the change or when it will occur. But it will occur. Until such time, I suggest diversification, not being in margin, and maintaining reasonable cash position. and if you really want to protect further damage to your portfolios, sell your biggest losers, as hard as it may be. luck all. larry
