Don't put the guy in a compromising situation. If Intel had something to say, Intel would say something. All he can probably do is restate what Intel has said.

Those that sell intel will be real sorry soon. and those who downgrade intel will be even sorrier. Dont bet against intel, microsoft or IBM. As for Dan Niles, do the opposite. he will drive the price down (and of course acquire) and then drive it back up. Just my honest opinion! Good LUCK! Why do people listen to ANALysts? IF they say the heard go to the left, the heard goes to the left, if right, it goes to the right. Come on!
