Matey, I must disagree with part of your analysis.

By June 17th, KOB will have 10% more shares than right now, true.

I believe that with gradually increasing market interest in ELH (i.e. more investors) as we approach the Temblor again, and with the historic greater interest in KOB over the other JVs, we will see a gradual increase in the share price of KOB.
We have just witnessed the decline in KOB to allow for the 10% dilution. I don't think that 10% more shares will make much of a difference in the daily trading of KOB from this point on.
Just my opinion. I could well be wrong, but remain positive.
