Jim,

This bill proposes to place a .05 cent tax on every e-mail sent in the U.S.A.

It will be billed directly to your PIII CPUID number ;^)

Jim, <This bill proposes to place a .05 cent tax on every e-mail sent in the U.S.A.>

For clarification, do you really mean .05 cent tax or is it 5 cent tax?

0.05 cent seems like more trouble than it's worth.
