Scarborough worked for Digital Equipment Corporation for 20 years in various management positions including positions such as human resources director for several divisions and director of planning, training and organization development. She also was a vice president of human resources for the American Automobile Association and held management positions with American Optical Biomedical Electronics and Compugraphic Corporation. Most recently, Scarborough was president and principal of Scarborough and Associates, a human resources and organization development consulting firm. She will report to Eli Harari, SanDisk president and CEO.
