Who is buying today? I am buying at 41.5 and the fills are all small lots. The filing spooked a lot of holders.

We know Pete and hold him in high regard. The filing to sell shares tells me that the next three months of news look very good to him. He would not be selling his shares if bad news was coming as this would kick off a shareholder suit by one or more of the class action law firms. He would not take this risk.

Selling shares makes sense for him and now is a good time to start. He is a very wealthy man now and diversifying out of Checkfree is very sensible and lowers his family investment risk.
