One need not feel guilty about holding a stock that is fundamentally good, when the price drops. The same thing happened many times with QUALCOMM, another company with a valuable, heretofore unrecognized asset - patents. I'll check out the link you posted. When the ongoing patent disputes are resolved, I think SNDK stock will surge upward. In fact, I can't see any reason for the recent advance over the last couple days, other than optimisim over the patent suits.
