ls, I think the jury has a bit of deliberation before coming to any conclusions about this present move by MRPS with SSA.com. I'm willing
to give it some time, but I won't put up with any nonsense either.
I want some solid proof that this deal complies with SEC regulations.
MRPS cannot afford to get tangled up with non-compliance.
So until something definitive is turned up, I'll give them
the benefit of the doubt. The statement about the section 8 stock
in and of itself is not enough though, i.e. what is the basis for the opinion by the attorney?

I'm still impressed with the product, current and potential contracts. A potential conflict of interest with this group might show a lack of savvy on the company's part, and could possibly bring a handslap from the SEC, but I wonder how much it affects the bottom line of our investment,,,,
