also uncle sugar came in with a few billions of loan funds!
I still say it is the Fed gov that allowed this to take place...no restrictions on dumping till it strangles local steel companies...so free trade is only for the foreign companies! Clinton sucks!

Geez...give it a rest. They're in bankruptcy, BANKRUPTCY, and you're still singing their praises. I understand your feelings about management, but that last statement that "Once things stabilize RECY can get back to growing the business..." was more than I could stomach.
