It is just amazing to me that a quality penny like TSIS gets such a scant amount of attention and can't budge an inch. I may step on a few toes by saying this, but there is so much garbage out there that penny investors just jump aboard on without knowing a thing about what they're getting themselves into. ARET is one example of a hot stock right now. They announce a web site and bang off it goes. A couple hundred million shares outstanding, no history of following through on promises. Still penny investors jump in feet first. And we sit here at $.40. Despite the frustrations, I refuse to cave in and buy the penny junk. I am only buying quality penny stocks like TSIS even if they don't make me any money short term. If you folks want another quality penny with no interest whatsoever right now, check out SYCD. A leading seller of Japanese anime in the U.S., just announced a distribution agreement with Pioneer Corp. today. Just like TSIS, no interest, no volume. One day they will both fly. Quality.

DOesn't it seem odd to have such volume with limited price movement. I don't see that many people would be selling now that wouldn't have sold in the last few weeks at the same price. Plus the momentum was looking up.

Can't help but wonder who holds the majority of shares, and what their intentions are. Every time we see potential for a rally, selling keeps a cap on it.

Anyone have a clue on the buys and sells today?
