Microphonics just on CNBC!
From RB board

I just saw Microphonics' CEO Jimmy Gayle interviewed very briefly on CNBC during a story about Indy 500 sponsors about 15 minutes ago. The bit was about how fortune 500 companies rally to the Indy 500 for marketing exposure. Out of all the companies to choose from, there was our Jimmy Gayle, smiling ear to ear, explaining to the interviewer how their participation has greatly increased their visability.

Cheers,
jb

Mitch, If there was a legitimate reason for filing a complaint, I would. But I am not going to jump to any conclusions based
on what is known so far. From the reading of Rule 701 and the SEC's interpretation of that ruling, it appears that there is most likely no problem as their attorney has apparently advised them. Obviously they are employed to write press releases etc. If however they seek
to promote the stock as in soliciting buyers of a secondary
offering etc. then it appears that could be the sort of thing that would put them in conflict with the exemption. Right now I see no problem.
