<< Mixed signals tell me to stay away>>

Then go away and please spare us anymore of your analysis. I find you to be very knowledgable, but your short term predictions simply spur further doubt. The bottom line is AOL is a keeper stock for the long haul....your constant analysis means zilch.

I am not one of those folks that only wan't to hear the good...but I find analysis coming from folks like vendit, much more to my liking. If he suspects downside, he says it in no uncertain terms, but you know from reading his posts, there is no agenda on his part. I have a hard time figuring you out....you seem to be constantly negative, but not really negative...kind of wishy washy, like your afraid to be wrong.......You offer analysis non stop throughout the day...you sound just like one of the anal analysts we all hate to listen to. You just seem to ride the flow...you tell us what is happening as it is happening, just like the idiots on cnbc.

Where did you come from anyway ? Why is it you feel you have to take over this thread ? Do us a favor, and limit your analysis to maybe once or twice a day...not every 15 minutes....who cares what aol is doing in the next 15 minutes....long term it's a winner.

Sorry for sounding so grumpy....I still think it's a monday, and between all your posts and all of Roberts, sometimes I just want to pull all my hair out. One is an investement guru wannabe and one is an investement guru shoulda been, but couldn't.

Steeny, as much as I hate it when you are right about AOL going down, I also very much appreciate your input.
I'm reminded of a story about an old man who used to always forecast the weather as sunny, and people liked him even when it was rainy, because, eh, he had good intentions. The other old man always called it as he saw it, and every time he called "rain" people used to laugh at him when he was wrong and blame him for causing the storm when he was right <g>.

Best,
Rommy

You didn't tell us to stay away at 175 and you are telling us to stay away at 113, some 63 points from its high although there is absolutely no fundamental problem with the company. The risk right now is not in holding this stock, rather it is in not holding this stock, IMO.
