Bloomberg reports at 5:05 ET (5 min after after the market closed) that IBM is still planning on using the RAMBUS chips in the higher end computers. IBM is only planning on using PC-133 in its low-end PC's to be introduced in last half of '99.

I didn't think Rambus RAM would end up in sub $1000 PCs anyway (too expensive when compared to PC-133) for sub-$1000 sales.
