George, The intraday low that we needed to hold on the DJI was 10,434 which we broached on the downside today. That suggests a bearish stance for a little while longer as we might test 10,000 or on a really bad pullback 9650. Still, not enough downside from here to motivate me to change positions. I'll just hold my energy/OS shares and "sit and watch". The BARRA Value Stock Index confirmed a breakout to the upside on value stocks on April 14th and thereafter- that includes cyclicals like the energy and OS stocks. So I'm not selling a share- better to risk a little more downside than to get whipsawed on a bounce upward...

Strangely though I currently own 6 tech stocks- five of them were up today- the sixth MASK was only off 1/8th point. I only mention this because techs often lead the market. Maybe a sign of the bottom in some tech stocks- or wishful thinking on my part?
