Sinistar Unleashed Press Page

linnpr.com

I've been watching this site for about a week. It belongs to Linn Public Relations. It was apparently updated today to include a Sinistar movie. The movie is a zip file, so I don't know what format is used. I didn't download it because it probably won't work on my antique computer anyway. Hoping someone will check it out and report back.

Jim

I'm not sure which Co. had their products held up for viewing by the Pez. at the press conference, but hopefully it was not any THQ product. IMHO, THQ should not be impacted by this. A lot of the money is coming from wrestling and while it is "violent", most kids know the "action" is staged and not real. Kids today are not stupid.
I have not seem the martial arts games to judge the amount of violence. IMHO, many other games out there are more violent with killing and gun battles with human targets etc., than the one's in THQ's list.

Today on NPR, I heard a report that stated that 80% of video games are purchased by "adults" and if kids are using violent games, it is because they were purchased for them by an adult. The real issue is whether Kids are targets to advertising and that even with rating systems kids have access. One would have to be blind, deaf and dumb not see that yes, kids are targets.
