CKFR..potential short? Thought I'd never say that about CKFR. Sold my traders last week. If the 'Nets continue to get hit, and CKFR breaks below that $40.00 support level, the descending triangle will be confirmed (if you're charting). Next stop could be around $28.00 (boy, would I love to get my hands on some $28.00 CKFR). Best of luck SCOTT

USE OF PROCEEDS We expect to receive approximately $105,147,150 (approximately $128,623,313 if the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option in full) from the sale of the 2,350,000 shares of common stock offered by us at an assumed public offering price of $47.07 per share, and after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by us. We expect to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including expansion of our services to a broader market and potential acquisitions. Accordingly, we have broad discretion in the allocation of the net proceeds from this offering. Pending such uses, we expect to invest the net proceeds from this offering in short-term income producing investments. While we engage in discussions relating to potential acquisitions from time to time, no such transaction is contemplated as of the date of this prospectus. We will not receive any proceeds from the sale of common stock by the selling stockholders. See "Selling Stockholders."
