Actually it is only 13.9 PERCENT of the new issue, more on the old. Math( be very leary of mmy math not the basics of this company)
2,500,000 Times 1.50 Percent ( as 50% is warrants) in the issue=
4,125,000 plus the 24,472,616 in relation to the 4.125 mill new expansion = .139 Voila.
Chuca on the old shares...it seems like more- want a better company, we pay the freight. With the funds we have a better mousetrap.

What should give you the queasy feeling is a warrant at 11 cents for two years. It means they are having to make it pretty sweet to get money or else they are giving themselves and their buddies a present because it is soon to go up. Time will tell. JP

Get out to the golf course for a while.
