NWK - Don't know if I can shed too much light. Spent two years with that company. They are currently searching for a new CEO. From 94 to 96 the stock went from 6 to the 40's and back to 7. Just started to climb recently. The worst is behind them. They had a lot of turnover. Attempting to outsource many of the things they used to do internally (field service, equipment returns). This will save $$$ down the road. They also attempted to get into ATM but their product had many flaws. This is why it bottomed out @ 7/share. Their chassis for the IDNX (bread and butter) was extremely outdated and many reworks were put in place. Can't speak for their VOIP stuff but many companies are already there. It will be a tough battle. Their recent layoffs will also help the bottom line. $30/sh is pushing it.
