I guess it depends on how you are defining "cell" if you define cell as one layer of a stack the power output depends on the size of one layer and the increase in power is not proportional to the increase in size, i.e. I believe the factor of power increase is not proportional to the factor of the increase in the cell. Example...say you have a 16 sq" layer of a cell, well if you double the cell to 32 sq" (either in the same layer or add another layer) the power produced increase by more than double. Again meaning that the power increase factor is not proportional to the cell or layer size increase factor, it is greater I believe. Are you looking for a 2KW stack, or cell? I think the confusion comes from the wording or the definitions of the words.
