Oh, you have a heart. If I only had a brain! Stuck at the orfice putting the finishing touches on a brief that I shoulda filed today. But I am at the opposite end of the metro region from the court (federal) and past about 3:30 p.m. no way in hell to get it there by 5:00 p.m., so I am revising it and will have it ready for courier before I go home. Getting back into the swing of things isn't easy. I should have worked this weekend instead of planting tomatoes. Oh, well. It should be ok. Glad that I am out of the market. I sold my last stock-type investment last week, Fidelity Health Care mutual fund. Looks like AHP is gonna take a hit tomorrow. Yow!
