My guess,,if Marty was privy to inside info,,which I assume he would have been to make an informed decision on his possible board seat,he can't post or is smart enough not to post..He also may have had to sign a document of confidentiality,,I think it is probably the norm..On another thread I use to follow,,one of the threadster went to work for the company as a VP,,his postings immediately stopped after discussions began,he has since left the company a year or so ago-and still does not post on the subject of the stock,rightfully so,IMO..

Folks, it is (past) time to wind down this cloak-and-dagger/conspiracy theory. I am the only person on this thread who hasn't been accused of being somebody else, and I feel slighted. All of this "who-shot-who" doesn't amount to a hill of beans. The accusation orgy is over. All of these threats of lawyers, prison, the SEC, and lawsuits remind me of a bunch of kids playing, all of whom are going to tell their mamas on all the others. Enough! If 10% of the situations on these threads in which lawsuits were mentioned actually resulted in lawsuits, the cases would stretch to 2010.
