Dilution / DD

So maybe Pan Canadian will confirm that they drilled somewhere other than where you say Pinnacle thought they should. IMO, a "I don't buy that stuff" comment applies to faith in black boxes that can't be patented and therefore can't be explained. I'll be very happy for you if you make your megabucks from this leap of faith. It's unreasonable, however, to malign those who don't care to jump solely on your word, or Pinnacle's word, that this black box is anything other than B.S. There has been some fine DD, based on verifiable facts, shared on this thread. But never as much spam as in the last three months.

You've wasted enough of our time with your "selective" memory. Before changing your tune after dry hole results, you previously announced on SI's Pinnacle thread that "Pinnacle Oil Int. Ltd. with its Stress Field Detector(SFD) technology, is predicting a commercial oil field at Pan Canadian's Shoal Point well-site."

Here's another article of interest to those with time to waste. It is from Barron's Online, dated 02/02/98, by Cheryl Strauss Einhorn entitled "Simply Amazing: Is Pinnacle's oil-exploration device a new force or a new farce?"

Dilution - general. Your question - "Does anyone on this thread ever do an ounce of real due diligence? Pathetic."

Of course you & anyone (self too) else is entitled to opinions however maybe being just a tad harsh? Due dilly means different things to different folks........... personally I try and am still learning & I do appreciate folks such as you who seem to assist with the ongoing curve. I am glad to see a separate thread & when the book mark shows a pile of postings an occassional glance is taken.

Nothing new however it "doesn't pay" to get emotional with a trading symbol. I'm still learning......... sincerely hope things work out well for you and thanks for initially posting about another potential situation.

Apologies for wasting the space here and "Hey, can anyone recommend a Canadian Oil & Gas Company for investment?"

Dilution/ Hah!

>Does anyone on this thread ever do an ounce of real due diligence?

Do you realize you addressed this question to someone that has contributed 15,000 informative posts in Kerm's Korner, has participated in intelligent discussion of essentially every oil company in Canada and has earned the respect and gratitude of everyone on this thread?

Who's pathetic?!

Face it, Dilution. You are a newcomer to investing in the oilpatch. You have become enamoured with a black box because you don't have the background to be skeptical. Stick around for a while and you will.

You have posted on nothing other than PSFD since you joined SI. Either you are an inexperienced investor with all his(her?) eggs in one pathetic basket or you are an inexperienced promoter with a flair for annoying prospective converts.

I am not so cynical as to assume the latter.

BTW, DD on PSFD would include understanding its technology. They prevent that.

Uh-uh, won't get into a contest with you - I guess my ego isn't as large as yours. Actually, I simply don't have the time to enter a contest on the subject.

Regardless, good luck on your quest of proving yourself and your investment out.

At the same time, you should find another way to vent your frustrations. Offending groups of people who offer contrary opinion isn't helping your personal quest, whatever that might be.

Getting back to Shoal Point. It's going to be a long time before you see any sizable company drilling in this area again. Thus, the success or, the not so successful operation of the "Grey Box" will be open for debate on this play for a long time to come.

Do you think PanCanadian is going to say we screwed up big-time. They really have no reason to. They have said all they want to say on the subject.

Pinnacle would be in better light if they publicly commented that their targeted zone simply was not penetrated by PanCanadian. They have reason for such. In conclusion, the blunt of such material information lies more with Pinnacle, not PanCanadian.

I see no conflict of interest in this type of news or information put out by Pinnacle. It is material information.

Thus, the shoe is now on your foot. When you hold your next discussion with Pinnacle, you might want to ask if they are going public with the info as you deem it to be. And, you can post it here for others to learn more of the details.

Also, will you direct me to the "cut and paste" comments I have featured at this site. You made a comment about that, without doing your homework first. When you get to five of them, let me know how many hours it took you to do that. Frankly, I don't think five of them exist.
