Not that I would ever make a prediction<g>, but this seems to be more like Jan/Feb 99 than Aug/Oct 98, where we had an initial drastic selloff in the overpriced stuff then a slow trip down to 40%. If I recall correctly, the Sector BP bell curve last year was predominantly in the oversold area as opposed to generally in the middle in January.

Since my position is pretty bearish right now, I wouldn't mind a little correction. Of course, if the market demons could ignore CSCO during a correction I would be a much happier man (triple bottom at $100, BTW).
