Ron, Agreed- Kosovo needs solution- and resolution. I'm just thinking form my old Admininstration days that we could have offered Milosovic enough aide/assistance to broker a deal on Kosovo- but then again maybe not. You are right- Euriope is our largest trading partner and therefore our Number One concern stategically- although total Asian trade topped total European trade for the first time in 1997 I believe, it is more diffuse. A stable Indoensia as you are well aware I am sure is necessary to keep the Andaman Straits near Singapore functioning smoothly.... a critical Asian trade route.... As for the Sudan- I am baffled. I have tieds for years to get peoples' attention on these issues, but have had minimal success....
