LOL! Hmmm, let us see. Are you sure enough that you will win this one to bet $10? How about a thousand? There are degrees of certainty, aren't there? And often the limits are revealed by how far we are willing to press the point...One need not declare the fetus criminal in order to decide to be merciful to those who have an abortion under such circumstances. The two things are unrelated...I think it is worthwhile to assume the humanity of the fetus, but it is unnecessary to be opposed to a liberal abortion regime...
