Westmoreland,You are correct sir, a 'bear market' in an expanding economy? Quite unlikely in my opinion. 'Free' might be pissed off at the market.<g>

I noted Mohan's comment that we couldnt have a bear market in an expanding economy. Unfortunately we can...if interest rates go higher the market will come down, expansion or no expansion. ALso if prices come down further and further for pc's, and if this expands into more expensive markets, DELL will be hurt just as other companies are. But still we have to consider perception.... it isnt always reality (just as my perception that stocks were going to go up indefinitely was incorrect) ... or maybe it in this case perception is correct and we are back to the p/e has to equal growth days.
I really dont know.
But I'm fast getting out of margin, for now.
