I knew there had to be a catch. Couldn't be flatly illegal no exceptions, since a very large number of OTC stocks hire promoters to answer questions, do the web site etc.

Either this is the most violated law (rule) since the old double nickels (55 mph federal mandate) or we aren't reading it right. I vote for the latter.........
