GJC ... If you think that taking over MIDL has not crossed my mind more than once, I grant you it has everytime I look at the loss I have. I am extremely careful where my name is long term now. Mr. Anderson is a private investor that got tired of getting screwed and did something about it. CVIA, I supported his efforts all the way. Kieth is an honorable and honest man with shareholders interest at heart and I believe he is doing a forward split. He does not tout or try to run the stock but he does not post that often either. But you are right there are exceptions to every rule. OBVIOUS touts or coersion by a touter on line, I have a problem with. Getting a news release to run the stock is one thing but apparently there was nothing to tout so the CEO came and begam posting just to me trying to correct my opinion which I got from the filings. Unbelieveable. Notice I did not get the Mearns Corporation phone number. Non disclosed paid shills (of which I have been accused of but since I was accused and cleared I became that I was accused of but I have disclosed exactly to the letter and dates) though the company does not want me to post. But you are right exception to the rules do exist in exceptional circumstances. But UNDY is not one of them. :-) GB
