Pasteur, Connaught etc., may be set to have news release related to cancer vacines in conjunction with NRC (National Research Council)on June 10th. Wonder if this will have any bearing on CIST? Picked this up from another thread relating to BIOM.

KERA would have paid Cistron shareholders 65-70 cent a share for just our cash in Dec. 98. It is now June 99 and our shares are valued at just 26 cent a share.

The above could have been done by Richard H.'s "phone call" instructions.

No further dilution and no ONE year PAID vacations would have needed to be paid by us shareholders.
