I hope you are wrong; but, my guess is that we do not know the actual numbers until October /
November.

When XOMA announced that the trial had concluded enrollment on 14 May, does that mean the trial concluded on 14 May or that they announced it had concluded?

"XOMA Ltd. (Nasdaq: XOMA) today announced that it has concluded patient accrual
in the Phase III pivotal trial......"

I would have to assume they concluded the trial earlier and the announcement was made on the 14th. They concluded it after talking to the FDA but it takes time to wind down accrual. I estimate that accrual actually stopped up to two weeks before the announcement was made but probably one week earlier.

The full 90 days is over at the latest on Aug. 14 and probably Aug. 7.

I do not know if XOMA has access to the data on each patient as that patient passes the look back period or not. But for all, the 60 day lookback period will be over on 14 July.

At this point I do not expect that they need to tell us anything. XOMA just needs to do whatever it takes to make its' analysis and case to the FDA. I really am satisfied knowing the target, the actual mortality and total accruals. Obviously hope they can do everything with great success as fast as possible. I just estimate that they can do it a bit faster than you think they can but this might be only because I am letting my desire overcome objectivity.
