Arnold, not sure about Exabyte but I believe CS is a no-brainer last on the block buyout target. Cash or not, Exabyte has a great deal of competition with other storage systems. CS on the other hand, has the gigabit company formerly known (but often referred to) as Yago. If Yago were not tied to CS, it would probably be the hottest gigabit /networking company out there. Unfortunately, CS has been dragging them down. We will soon see if the tail can truly wag the dog....
