PARK CITY, Utah, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Courier Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCTI - news) announced today that it will be a sponsor of the VISA International E-Commerce Conference, to be held in Miami, Florida June 3-4, 1999. Digital Courier joins with DataBank International SKB, an international Internet credit card processor, in becoming a sponsor of the VISA E-Commerce Conference. The companies have also been invited to speak about E-commerce and the role that Digital Courier will play as a leading solution provider in the Industry. Digital Courier announced last month that it has agreed to acquire DataBank in a stock-for-stock transaction. * If the nets bounce back now DCTI should make a very good move. This is the big event DCTI holders have been waiting for. AOL at recent low of 112 now so this could mean a bottom. Let's hope.
