Fatt Matt, The information he posted on DDEQ (as well as some of the information from Raging Bull relating to e-mails which were said to come from David Westfere) appears to be in line with what I know about the company.

Also, it is my understanding that GoProfit.com is still scheduled to launch this month.

FM: I've been looking for a couple of threads that discuss good OTC issues. I appreciate what you are doing here and will do what I can to contribute. I think I first heard of DDEQ here. After researching it for the past week I like what I see. It appears to have huge upside potential.

FM: I have also received an email from DDEQ CEO Dave Westfere confirming dividend and rights to pre-IPO of GoProfit. Last month, he was very reluctant to expose about the dividend. There will be two PR:
1/. The launch of GoProfit.com in mid June
2/. Before the launch of the site, will announce the logistics of dividend for DDEQ shareholders. IMO that translate to sometime next week.
3/. They talking with 3 major underwriters for the IPO, speculating Goldman Sachs as the Main Sponsor.

Based on the informative DD by Brad, and the capability GoProfit can perform, I think even $3 is a good investment. FYI, rumor said pre-IPO price is $6 and IPO will be $20.00 to the public.
