I believe the judge signed off on the settlement on March 5th, so 90 days from then our WWWC shares were to be part of a public company. Maybe it is time we all got together and went to court. We shouldn't be too surprised by the actions of PM. Even the loyal shareholders are getting pretty fed up with his bullshit. I know I am.

In the letter dated March 23, 1999, "Final notice to Stockholders", page 2, lines 4-7 state that the motion was heard on March 5,1999 and was entered on March 11, 1999. Page 3 line 12 says that within 90 days of the entry of the order the stock will be converted to tradable stock. I figured that 90 days from the 3/11/99 would be 6/9/99. I have no confirmation, that's just how I see it. If that date comes and goes then what? How will we be notified? A press release for yes, and a busy signal for no?
