NNC

That island formation on the 3 day chart kept me out of the stock today...a very bearish pattern.

AAH - TSE listing tomorrow

In today at $5.20.

Chart: It gapped up at the start May on earnings news. The stock has pulled back to the top of the gap on low volume. This level should act as a good support level. It is also sitting above a good upward trendline starting in Dec.

AAH just rushed through a TSE listing. The first mention of the TSE listing was on May 20 and today they put out a release saying it will be listed on the TSE tomorrow (June 3). That is the fastest listing I have seen in a long time.

Shares out: 9.2 million
Insider own 4 million (41%).
In addition Sprott has accumulated around 900,000 in 5 months.

The companies core money making business is marketing and distributing telecommunications products.

They had $18,100,100 in revenues last quarter with .10 earnings. They expect $65-80 in revenues this year with earnings of .35-.45/share and revenue greater than $100 million for 2000. The company has been increasing profits and revenues by over 150% year over year for the past several years.

The sexy part of the company....

Consumers will soon be able to make e-cash withdrawals and deposits from home with a telephony device that plugs into home phones and operates much like an Automated Teller Machine (ATM). This device, designed by Aastra Technologies Limited with leading-edge technology from AudeSi Technologies Inc., will use Royal Bank Mondex, a payment system where electronic cash is stored on a smart card. This new ATM-like device will be piloted in 1999 by Royal Bank clients in Sherbrooke, Quebec.

AAH doesn't expect revenues from this device for a 1-2 years but if it does catch on it would be huge for the company.

A couple of smaller houses (Sprott and Acumen Capital) have strong buy recommendions out on the company. However once it is listed on the TSE I am hoping it is picked up by some bigger houses.

When it gets listed on the TSE the margin for the stock is increased. In addition, it will also draw the eyes of fund managers and all the buyers that won't touch a stock in Canada unless they are over $5 and on the TSE. With this type of revenue and the stock being in the technology field it is likely it will be included in the TSE 300 in the near future. Do your own DD...and tell me what you think. I have my fingers crossed for a nice little run on the stock when people start seeing the numbers and potential.

Best Regards
KEITH
