Good questions Chris, just how was 2% picked? Should it be more or less for options? My guess is any adjustment of this percentage would be based on your tolerance to risk. Just a guess.

Also, rules say you should always have an exit point in mind. How can this be done when a stock is in a clear breakout? Projections don't always work...so, I usually just let the chart tell me.

And here I thought his Psychology sections were his main contribution. Really missed on that one.

All writers address their thoughts on risk. Gann said divide your capital into 10 parts and never risk more than 10% on a trade. that's 1%.
