Can't come up with anything new?? As if bankrupt crim touts and certain directors with scams in their pasts aren't enough. OK, I'll add a company with no means of substantial revenues, no assets of meaningful value, no plan to sell anything but stock. Do you still need more?? OK Steve a simple question that I have asked before. As per NCDR's home page, Mr Robert Chalnick was CFO of a public company, which company was that? I would like to see how they did. Could it be they are reffering to Digital Products of which Mr. Chalnick was an officer, but not CFO to the best I could find? As you probably know they trade in the pennies and are in Bakruptcy proceedings. Is that what NCDR has to look forward to? Mr Chalnick's name did not come up on any SEC filings in my searches. Am I doing something wrong or has the "prior CFO of a public company" never filed with the SEC? In my opinion, this is as good an example of a stock sale as one could ever hope to see. All newbies should read this thread and follow the demise of this POS for educational purposes. IT WILL HAPPEN
