IF that post is true, it sounds like Bernie is a real POS. Of course, it is hard to blame him if shorting was expressly permitted in the PP. And all the time those who were suggesting that shorting was the problem were being assured by certain thread leaders that no such thing was going on.

That sounds like stock manipulation and perhaps the SEC should be notified. It would be nice to find out who these enlisted individuals are so they may receive the public degredation they so richly deserve. It would be nice to know what they received in return. They may also be guilty of illegally attempting to manipulate the stock price.


No "perhaps" about it. They should be notified. Period.

If that post/info about Bernie Deutch is true, the SEC should be notified. If it's not true, then posting it smacks of illegality. So the SEC should be notified. Either way. Period.
