IMO,

Everyone please be careful on the Earnings plays with CS.

The MMs will be accumulating the week before earnings, with the anticipation of selling into the strength of the market after the earnings report. If earnings are good the MMs will sell hard into the buying public - causing the price to drop - just like DELL!
If earnings are bad, they will dump it... take over play or not.

So, the week before look for a run up... the day before look for a dip in the morning and run up at close... the day after.... look out below!

Just my thoughts to help everyone understand what IMO the job of an MM is, and how they make a living.

Jack

PS: I think from the stated goals of CS Mgmt, in January, they were going to try to get around $16 to $17 for the company... so we might also have a low ceiling.
