That is very uncalled for unless you can back up your DD. with something..

I guess you don't know the history of NPEC. I only know a little of it, but I'll gladly share what little I know.

A buddy of mine bought some NPEC at 4 cents on his broker's recommendation (don't ask me to explain that...), and he asked me what I thought about the company because I used to work in equity research. That was last summer.

At that time, NPEC was putting out lots of press releases about their gold exploration activities in South America. For some reason, his broker thought they were going to hit the next big deposit, and the share price would go to the moon. Well, it's nearly impossible to get quarterly financials since they don't file with the SEC, so doing any kind of serious analysis was impossible. How many shares, assets, historical revenues or earnings, you name it, I couldn't find it. Called their IR person and he couldn't get me this type of information, but was real good at pumping a story of "potential". I wasn't interested in anything but facts, and they were few and far between, and the IR guy eventually admitted he was hired as a part timer and was told to just tell folks the "lots of potential in gold in South America" shpeil. From what I could tell, the entire "company" has about 4-5 employees. 2 were looking for gold at the time! Anyway, I told my buddy that from what little I'd been able to glean he should sell his stock because it sounds like a scam.

He eventually sold a 7 cents, and I was just browsing around and was surprised to see NPEC all the way up to 25 cents, and that now they are doing internet telephony (according to the very mysteriously worded press releases). If you invest because of expected revenue and earnings growth and you aren't goofing around day trading, I'd stay away from this stock. If you are day trading, I have no idea where it's going tomorrow or next week.
