Hi Lazarus,

I received my tender offer in Tuesday's mail via Schwab. The deadline to tender thru Schwab is June 16. I will probably make my decision late on the 15th. There are a lot of what ifs in the analysis of this merger and I feel totally ambivalent about my holdings. Sorry I can't add anything more to the discussion at this point. I thought I had done my DD on this stock, guess not. ;-)
