B: Airsopure Expands Distribution Base

DALLAS (June 2) BUSINESS WIRE -June 2, 1999--Airsopure, Inc. a wholly
owned subsidiary of Airtech International Group, Inc. (OTC BB:AIRG) has
expanded its franchised distribution centers into four new states,
Alabama, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Kentucky.

Airsopure, Inc. is an international franchisor whose primary product
distribution are though its' franchised independent representatives.
The franchise was stated in April of 1997 and is currently the number
one indoor air purification Franchise Company in the country. Each
franchisee is thoroughly trained in all aspects of indoor air
purification.

Indoor air purification has been the primary market for Airsopure's
parent company, Airtech International Group, Inc., since 1994. The
company began carving out a unique market niche by positioning
themselves as the authority on smoke control in restaurants and
nightclubs. The technology behind the Company's product line features a
three-stage filtration system that is completely self-contained and
designed to work separately from the HVAC system. The synergistic
effect of a pleated prefilter, an odor controlling trisorbent filter
and a hospital grade HEPA filter allows their products to capture up to
99.97 percent of all smoke, viruses, bacteria and hazardous gases found
in all sealed buildings.

Some of the Company's corporate customers include Del Frisco's,
Sullivan's, El Chico, Houston's, Denny's and Host Marriott Services.

Recent increased consumer demand for the Company's first, mass
produced, automobile air purification unit and an "industry first"
system for hotel rooms and country clubs, has forced the company to
select outside contract manufactures to facilitate order fulfillment.

Two recent tradeshows have been credited with Airsopure's increased
product demand. The National Restaurant Association/Hotel-Motel Show in
Chicago and the Country Club Management Association Show in San
Francisco, both created strong consumer interest.

An aggressive franchise marketing campaign is underway to select new
Airsopure distributors in states not currently covered by existing
franchisees. The Company anticipates signing six new franchisees by the
end of June.
