AT&T and INTERSAT Sign Cooperative Marketing Agreement CALGARY, ALBERTA--AT&T Canada and Interfax Communications Ltd. ("INTERFAX"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Interprovincial Satellite Services Ltd. ("INTERSAT"), announced today that they have signed a Cooperative Marketing Agreement to offer one another's technologies and services to their respective customers. INTERFAX services to be marketed through AT&T Canada include INTERFAX's patent-pending internet/IP-based fax transmission services.
