And how many shares is that? Where is the proof of ownership? Is it on the non-existant NPEC balance sheet? apporximately 18,000,000 shares I believe last count, but why don't you call Les Price or Ray Lazo NPEC's President, I'm sure he'll be more than happy to send you an investor package. ------ BTW - How many "NP guys" are there? Is it less than 6? Whether six or sixty, all I care is that there is one guy on the phone that can put deals together. Obviously Metroplus has more than one employee, but you would probably want to see a van driving down the highway with a big logo on the side... ------- Why does it appear to be working? How did you make that determination? I've met with Larry Regis & Les Price before had some very good face to face with them and some great phone calls. I also can read a news release. ------ I don't know who Mike Gold is, but the Medinah web page appears to have some financial information about Medinah, don't see much about NPEC. Breezing through the Medinah financials it is a very confusing combination of debts and loans to related subsidiaries or something like that, and NPEC occasionally pops up. Since I couold care less whether you owned either NP or Medinah, it would take a rather substantial amount of time to read the Medinah thread oh say for the last years worth of post to know who Mike is. He is an invesot that you and I that shares his DD with the thread. I won't get into his bio you can PM him he cn respond. Though geology is not his trained field he certainly has done a lot of homework as a result of research for his investment. --------- It looked like a scam. That they have suddenly changed from gold miners to an Internet telephone company doesn't sound fishy to you? Let me know what Mr. Price has to say, it might be interesting. A lot of companies look like scams. Partly because of the reputation that we the investors put on them because of our own unrealistic expectations. Start up companies have to begin some where. It is not easy bringing a product or service into this free enterprise system of ours. But because it is an open door it also invites flies. These maggots do a lot of harm to investors that don't do their homework. The internet telephony didn't smell fishy to me but I was leary as to the potential until about 2 days ago once I started reading about it. I think it has some revenue potential but don't believe we have reinvented the wheel. Again, I believe NP can expect 30 - 40 cents of value from the telephony stuff but its claim to fame will be the Medinah shares it owns. I could care less whether Les turns it over to counsel or not but I do believe people on the internet should be responsible for making certain liabious and slanderous remarks. It not only hurts small companies but hurts those that have investments in those companies. We the small investor do need all the help we can get, usually the so called saviors are simply wolves in disguise preying on the victims.... -------- I don't know that guy, and I don't think I've insulted anybody. All I succeeded in doing was getting my friend to sell his NPEC for 7 cents (he's not very happy with me at the moment:-)) Don Walenchuk is the premier market technician in the world. He has won market timer of the year like 8 years staight. Spent many dollars on his 1 900 number. He is amazing. I spent over 5 years has a broker, and the large firm I worked for was very "BULLISH", and he put their techs to shame. I am just waiting for him to issue the sell signal. (on the market, I doubt he even follows NP any more) Your friend selling at .07 is one good reason why we should not listen to all these experts out there. YOur friend should have done his/her own research and do what I have done and that is countless hours , and I mean hours and hours and hours of DD. BB stocks are not for lit'l ol ladies or for people just starting out trying to learn how to invest. I'm not even sure a seasoned investor can figure out the OTC-BB stocks, but there do exist some stocks that will make them a fun and handsome return....
