This one actually comes from a Yugoslavian Cabinet Minister:

A poll was taken in Yugoslavia to see who the next President
of Yugoslavia would be. Bill Clinton won with 99% of the
vote with the reasons given as follows:

1) Clinton drove the Albanians from Kosovo.

2) He united the Serbs.

3) He destroyed all the old Communist era factories that
were losing money.

4) He modernized the Yugoslavian Military since now they
have to replace all the old equipment.
