Another company that did the same thing to avoid an IPO was Rare Medium Group (RRRR) and eventually becoming the dominant company and spinning off the original, ICC Technologies. RRRR has done very well.....B

Puck. many comments there. The news release is limited, i am sure for legal reasons; but it appears to me that LifeOne has determined a real value for their shells and the best way to gain value for them. I expect this is the start of a volatile upside and a pending recovery of an estimated 2 or 3 million shares. I will be watching, as I am sure will be the SEC, to make sure that no MM wash the backs of the crooks. my opinions only and may I suggest we are now at the beggining of our long awaited recovery.
