I pick answer C. For me, that is the most logical answer.

Jens, I am not so sure about the minority status of an acquired company. Since the company could only do so via a stock trade because of its cash position they would probably look upon the transaction as one done by every shareholder which in turn would eliminate the minority status. I follow this closely in my home state as companies were fraudulently trying to gain an advantage by having friends or wives apply for status only to have it revealed where the initial funding came from and their applications have been denied.

Do not forget that an active construction company under or in TCC would keep the minority status.
