DH - Ok 'm not all that technical. In fact I am I guess average 'game show' to your news analysis with a bunch of Harvard Professors. But we the ordinary 'grunts' out here in suburban cyberspace also deserve a little spoon feeding type looking after which is believe it or not what I have had several times with MSFT tech support. Now granted the problems were of my own making in the first place but so what. I didn't go through PC basic training at Fort Bragg. I'm just a Mark I basic consumer who gets agreat deal of pleasure and utility out of my PC's/notebook/PH and I know that even when I screwq it up myself, no-one lese to blame a quick call to MSFT sorts it out.
