Stephen,
> I can assure you that you have not and I believe I have made it quite
clear that my integrity and honor are foremost in importance to me.
You are certainly well aware from all the posts that the BOD meeting was
supposedly held on Friday morning. I was called by Paul Henry on
Thursday afternoon to inquire as to whether I would accept a position as
a full voting member if offered to me and he advised me that a BOD
meeting was scheduled for Friday morning if he could get all the members
together. In order to make a decision I then became privy to what I
believe would be considered inside information and, hence, have not,
cannot and will not discuss the matter with any party until and if a PR
is released by the Company.
> I have spoken with Rich Cantwell on a number of occasions for about a
year now... primarily about the Sarasota area as I have considered
moving there for retirement although it appears the weather may not be
the best for my heart problem. I must say that at no time did we ever
get involved in discussions about TSIG's "inner" workings. I made it
quite clear to him as well as Rob Gordon and others that I did not want
to be made an insider. It was I, in fact, that convinced Rob Gordon that
no employee, officer or director of the company should be allowed to
post on the threads. As far as Cantwell being "Sword", I tried numerous
times to make contact with "Sword" via PM but he/she refused to give me
his/her phone number or to call me. I did confront Cantwell about him
being "Sword" and he strongly denied it. I have heard rumors of all
different names being attached to "Sword" (including Cantwell's), but I
don't put much credence in rumors.
> I have absolutely no knowledge about Bob Wright. Until about two weeks
ago, Bob Wright and I had not spoken via phone, e-mail or PM since last
December (if my memory is correct)... except for the 30 seconds when I
met him at TSIG (he delivered the thread's questions to me... although
the fax was unreadable and I had to take them off my laptop). Our last
conversation was on Thursday when he paged me... and that conversation
was only for about a minute or two. His attitude at that time was that
if I was not given a full voting seat on the BOD that he was going to
sell his stock... hence it would appear, at least to me, that he was not
part of any "ring".
> Stephen, I have never met or spoken with Sean Kaupinen... hence I
cannot comment on what he may or may not have told you as it relates to
information that was given to me in deciding about the BOD seat.
I do not know the stock positions of any shareholders on the threads
other than those who have posted that information. I know nothing about
Cantwell's stock position, but I do sincerely believe he would like to
see the company succeed. I also know nothing about Wright's stock
holdings. What I can say is that I have not sold one share of TSIG
stock... nor do I intend to. I have made it quite clear that this is a
long-term investment for me, but I also realize the risks involved in
any investment and for that reason I have continuously posted (as have
you) that every person must do their own due diligence and make their
own decisions based upon their own risk tolerance.
I received certain information from Paul Henry which was necessary for
me to make a decision regarding taking a seat on the BOD which I
obviously cannot discuss with anyone. It is sincerely hoped that you can
understand and respect my position. All comments must, IMO, come from
the Company in the form of a PR. When and if they make any announcements
I will possibly be able to comment. I have tried my best to help this
company succeed by bringing in John Hwang, a consulting firm and giving
of my own time (and money in the form of lost time, telephone bills,
airfares, etc.) gratis to help bring business to the company because of
my strong belief in the business plan. But now even you are questioning
my integrity. If I listened to my wife I would just turn off the
computer and let TSIG do its thing... for better or worse. Since my
stock is not for sale it won't make any difference to me. It's just my
opinion, Stephen, but I don't believe you are helping the company with
your public accusations and letters to the SEC, but that is your right
and your decision.
Sorry I cannot be of more help.
Best always,
Marty
